Gianluca Vialli, Formerly at Juventus & Chelsea, now SKY Presenter


Luca Vialli was born with a passion for football.  He started his career as an international football player in 1980, aged just 16, with Italian club Cremonese.

From there he moved on to Sampdoria and then to Juventus in 1992, where he won several trophies (Scudetto, Coppa Italia e Coppa dei Campioni to mention a few).

Luca also earned 59 caps for Italy, scoring 16 goals.  He played in the World Cup in 1986 and 1990.

In 1996, Luca moved to English premiership club Chelsea, where he played for a year, before becoming player manager in 1997 and then manager in 1998 until 2001.  While at Chelsea, Luca won several trophies, ranging from the FA Cup to the European Super Cup.

Since 2003, Luca has been a football analyst and a testimonial for SKY Italia.
