
Rich Riley is the head of Yahoo's Advertiser & Publisher Group in Europe. This group is responsible for Yahoo!'s advertiser and publisher partners across Europe incorporating sales, marketing, support as well as the products and services offered to Yahoo!'s partners.
Rich has extensive experience in the online ad market having worked extensively with both display and search advertising as well as leading the structuring of strategic publisher alliances such as eBay.
Immediately prior to his current role, Mr. Riley was the SVP of the Online Channel Division based in Sunnyvale, CA. The Online Channel Division is responsible for serving Yahoo!'s small and medium business customers in the U.S and is a leading provider of those services.
During his more than nine years with Yahoo!, Mr. Riley has held a variety of roles and has been the catalyst behind Yahoo!'s renewed focus on small and medium sized business offerings. Prior to leading the development of this business within Yahoo!, he was primarily involved with corporate and business development where he was instrumental in a number of the company's acquisitions and strategic partnerships. Mr. Riley joined when Yahoo! acquired his company, Log-Me-On.com LLC of which Riley as a Co-founder and Managing Partner. Log-Me-On.com was an Internet software company that developed what is today known as the Yahoo! Toolbar.
Mr. Riley graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics with Majors in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management and serves on the Wharton Entrepreneurial Advisory Board. He lives in London with his wife and three children.
