
Frank's advertising career began in 1987 when he joined the Media Research department at Saatchi & Saatchi in the UK. In 1989 he became Media Research Director, joining the Saatchi Board.
In 1992 Frank transferred to Zenith Media to head up the research team and in 1994 became Strategic Resources Director Worldwide. He is responsible for ZenithOptimedia's research, and proprietary tools.
Frank conceived mediaDNA, research that helps improve brand fit between client and media brands. MediaDNA won Media Week's Agency Research Project of the Year in 2002 and has since been rolled out to 13 countries in Europe and Asia.
In 2004 Frank conceived and has been leading the use and development of Touchpoints ROI Tracker, ZenithOptimedia's proprietary tool for planning and tracking marketing ROI across all consumer contact points. To date (Feb 2008) 300 Touchpoints projects have been completed for 71 clients in 34 countries, comprising over 307,000 consumer interviews.
In 1995 Frank created and continues to develop ZenithOptimedia's portal site for marketers at “ http://www.marketersportal.com/ ".
Frank is a Fellow of the IPA and Member of the Marketing Society.
