Esther Lee, SVP & Chief Creative Officer, The CocaCola Company

As Senior Vice President and Chief Creative Officer of The Coca-Cola Company, Esther Lee is responsible for defining and driving excellence in The Company's creative brand expressions and campaigns across the globe. Her responsibilities encompass global creative ideas and brand platforms, advertising, design and all other creative expressions of The Company's brands. Her passion is exploring new ways to engage consumers and drive business impact—from the invention of new categories to the “art of retailing" to new packaging and equipment designs that will redefine The Company's leadership in refreshing the world—mind, body and spirit.
Prior to joining The Coca-Cola Company in 2002, Ms. Lee worked in several capacities in the advertising industry. In the late 1980's Ms. Lee rose to the position of Senior Vice President and Account Director at J. Walter Thompson. She joined Deutsch Advertising in 1993 where she was the Executive Vice President and Director of Agency Development and Client Services.
DiNoto Lee was co-founded by Ms. Lee in March 1997 with her partner, Greg DiNoto. She served as Principal and Director of Strategic and Business Planning for five years. Esther Lee has a bachelor's degree in Arts and Sciences from Cornell University.
