
Jacques Raynaud, 40 years old, is a graduate of the Ecole Supйrieure de Commerce de Paris and went through an executive course at INSEAD in 2003. Following a first experience within the TF1 Group as Investor Relations Manager, he joined Eurosport in 1994 as Area Manager in charge of the distribution of Eurosport in Central and Eastern Europe.
Appointed Director of Distribution and Development in January 2001, Jacques Raynaud was then promoted to Deputy Director, responsible for the marketing and distribution of the Eurosport television channels throughout Europe, and Eurosportnews on a worldwide basis in September of the same year. Promoted to Managing Director in 2003, he headed up Distribution, Advertising and Development of the Eurosport Group.
In November 2006 Jacques Raynaud was appointed Vice-Chairman of Eurosport Group and Chairman/CEO of Eurosales, Eurosport's International Advertising Sales House. He also sits on Eurosport Group's Board of Directors.
