Kimberly Kadlec, Chief Media Officer, Johnson & Johnson

Kim is Chief Media Officer at Johnson & Johnson Global Marketing Group.  As the chief media officer, she has responsibility for all aspects of media planning and buying, with the goal of making this important area a source of competitive advantage for our brands. In this capacity Kim is accountable for the return on our significant media investments. Importantly, Kim and her group have the responsibility to identify and apply innovative and emerging media platforms for use in integrated marketing programs. She also manages the relationships with our media agencies of record.

Kim has extensive and varied industry experience having worked in media roles of increasing responsibility at Backer Spielvogel, Zenith Media and as Senior Vice President at Universal McCann managing the demanding and creative Coca-Cola account. Kim developed and implemented several of Coke's very successful initiatives around their Olympic sponsorship and product integration on American Idol. Kim has also worked on such businesses as Verizon/Verizon Wireless, Motorola and VH-1.
